Mike Dee had the pleasure on his show Big Print for the Sight Impaired of the company of returned Councillor Simon Edwards and new recruit Brady Dyer on the 7th November after the passing of District Plan Change 43. This allows more flexibility for infill housing in 8 specific areas in Lower Hutt and was not received well in some quarters.
Simon and Brady discuss the background and reality of a city under pressure to provide more housing and opportunities for new young home buyers.
